  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.


A Typical Day May Include:

  • As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, creating a welcoming first impression both in person and on the phone.
  • You will support various business functions to help ensure smooth operations, making each day diverse and engaging.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing conference room bookings, coordinating company vehicle sign-outs, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Additionally, you will handle ordering and stocking office supplies, snacks, and coffee, as well as setting up and breaking down lunch events.
  • Other tasks will be assigned as needed to support the team.
