Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS)Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - W/I 30 days of hirePediatric Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (PALS) - w/I 30 days of hireHandle with Care to be received within 30 days of orientation and kept annuallyTNCC preferredSpecialty Certification testing within 1 year of hire and pass within 1.5 years of hireIncrease in level of Float Pool RN (Level II, III) to be determined by grid completion prior to advancing levels.Additional competencies must be completed based on grid requirements.Licenses: Valid current Kentucky RN state licensureEqual opportunity and affirmative action employers and are looking for diversity in candidates for employment: Minority/Female/Disabled/Protected Veteran
