Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Dispatcher at Resilient Service Solutions in Temecula, CA. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for phone etiquette, dispatching tasks efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent communication with clients.
Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Dispatching and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Experience in a service-oriented role
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of facility management or related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
