As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at TexChange Unbrokered, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technological future of our platform. You will lead our tech initiatives, drive innovation, and ensure our systems' seamless operation, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute the company's technological strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead the tech team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Oversee all system design, development, and maintenance for our platforms.
- Ensure our tech stack is robust, scalable, and secure, meeting current and future needs.
- Engage with stakeholders and partners to ensure TexChange stays at the forefront of industry innovations.
- Collaborate with other department leads to ensure technology supports and drives the company's goals.
- Manage tech budgets, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, compliance, and best practices.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least ten years of tech leadership experience, ideally within startups or innovative tech environments.
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing tech teams.
- Strong knowledge of tech platforms and architectures, particularly AI, blockchain, and data analytics.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and visionary thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively at all internal and external levels.
