MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE A MUST


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct scenario modeling and hypothetical analyses to support decision-making for leadership.
  • Oversee the annual budget and forecast planning cycle for the manufacturing department.
  • Offer analytical insights and recommendations to inform business decisions at the manufacturing site.
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Finance and site accounting during month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
  • Establish budget controls and monitoring systems to uphold operational and financial standards for manufacturing and capital projects.
  • Produce timely and accurate monthly/quarterly business reports and dashboards; analyze financial data and present findings to management, with attention to costs, capital expenses, inventory, reserves, and obsolescence.
  • Serve as a strategic partner by providing FP&A guidance to the manufacturing site.
  • Define and develop KPIs with site leadership, targeting key performance areas, challenges, risks, and business drivers.
  • Foster a culture of financial accountability and informed decision-making through strong financial insights and analysis.
  • Consolidate detailed financials by capital project (POs/invoices) to aid Project Owners in tracking project status and budget alignment.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed.
  • Oversee site P&L analysis, gaining in-depth knowledge of key business drivers to enhance monthly reports, insights, and recommendations.
