Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently communicate with clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are met.

- Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

- Skillfully take and defend depositions, representing our clients' interests.

- Appear in court and mediations, advocating on behalf of our clients.

- Managing a case load and maintaining client relationships.


Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school

- Active member in good standing with the California Bar

- 5+ years of experience in civil litigation

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

- Strong negotiation skills

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is not required, but it would be a definite plus.
