Duties

  • Conduct research to identify potential candidates using various online platforms and databases for licensed clinical candidates such as RNs, LPNs, MAs, etc.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Screen and interview potential candidates over the phone, virtually, and in person.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for interviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders


Experience

  • Proven experience in healthcare staffing preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and succession planning practices
  • Experience in administrative, professional, or healthcare recruiting is a plus
