new castle, United States Open Reins Therapy Full time

Open Reins Therapy (ORT) is seeking 2 - 3 passionate licensed therapist  (LPC, LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities include: Completing the initial assessment, treatment plan and progress notes in a timely fashion. The goal is for each therapist to see at least 10 clients within 90 days with all credentialing provided by ORT. You will have the ability to see up to 28 clients per week; to protect therapists from burnout, we strongly encourage maintaining a cap at this limit. We handle all billing, marketing, credentialing and supervision services for each provider. We are seeking therapists as 1099 employees with a negotiable split or hourly rate (negotiable). You can make your own schedule and practice the theory and  therapeutic process that best suits you in your work. This job would be great for anyone who needs a part-time position with better hourly rates in the field or someone who wants a job with more flexibility. This is also a great opportunity for those who want to work in private practice but do not want to take on the administrative task of billing, credentialing, marketing and etcetera.

Qualifications:

o  Be currently licensed as an LPC or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania

o  Must provide 3 references of people who you've worked with in the mental health setting

o  Hold a master’s degree in human services or related field

o  Provide copies of background checks including FBI and state clearances act 30 3 and 34

o  Complete mandated reporter training within the last two years and be willing to update suicide prevention and fraud waste and abuse training within the first 90 days of employment

o  Three years minimum of direct care experience in the mental health field

o  Strong communication skills and ability to connect with others

o  Self-discipline and reliable to manage your own scheduling

o  High ethical and moral standards

o  Must be LGBTQIA+  friendly

We are a private practice located in the Neshannock Township area. We offer hybrid services for individuals and families. There is a significant need within the Medicaid population for mental health services that are accessible through telemedicine with more than 63%  (22M) Medicaid members diagnosed with a mental health disorder having gone without any care. In additional to outpatient therapists for our new clinic locations, we are looking for unique and motivated professionals who are passionate about our mission of improving the mental health of the underserved community  and are exceptional using telemedicine services or facilitating groups to help thousands of Medicaid patients.
