Position Summary:


The Product Manager for the Power Category will be responsible for leading the development, innovation, and management of our power delivery products, including power charging, power extension, power wiring, and other consumer power solutions. This role is pivotal in driving product strategy, enhancing product offerings, and ensuring our products meet the evolving needs of our market and align with our commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the power category, focusing on market needs and trends.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch, including defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and overseeing product development.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify market trends and opportunities for innovation within the power product line.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, ensuring that the products deliver on our value propositions.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain partners to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and cost-efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies and work with marketing and sales teams to execute successful product launches.
  • Provide detailed and clear product briefings to the sales team and develop sales tools and training to support the product selling process.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management or related experience, specifically in the power, electronics, or related industry.
  • Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in product development.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Solid technical knowledge of electrical components related to power delivery systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.


Working Conditions:


  • Full-time position based at GODIRECTINC.COM INC’s headquarters.
  • Occasional travel to supplier and manufacturing sites is expected
