We are looking to add an Operations Coordinator to our growing team who will be responsible for managing and coordinating wellhead operations in our Midland facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, optimizing the production process, identifying, and solving any problems that exist both in the shop and at field level, and ensuring employees follow operation guidelines necessary for successful business function.


The exciting things you will do...

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete, concise, and accurate to documented procedures to ensure “first–pass” success.
  • Oversee/coordinate the inventory levels on all Wellhead equipment and consumables for the group to ensure common inventories.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee/mentor all facility staff in ensuring continual success in production, productivity, accuracy, quality, and inventory levels for all products and related services.
  • Mentor/direct all applicable staff in best practices for all processes/procedures, both documented and un - documented. Assist and actively mentor all staff, knowing continual visibility and growth is paramount.
  • Accountable for all Field Service, repair, assembly, production, shipping, orders desk, and procurement staff.
  • Coordinate all repairs on customer property equipment, ensuring timeliness and accuracy to best maximize availability and utilization.
  • Directly accountable for the shop cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
  • Directly accountable for the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the exterior of the facility and its storage conditions.
  • Actively take part as a lead in the “On-Call” rotation
  • Assist in Non-Conformance Report (NCR) meetings, investigations, actions, and resolutions
  • Accountable for timely, accurate, and challenging annual personal reviews
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment, Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Address client concerns and issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Experience:
