Great Clips - Capital District offers employees PTO, Paid Sick Time, Paid Holidays, Paid Family Leave (i.e. Paid Maternity Leave), Health Insurance, 401k with Employer Match, & Free Employee Assistance Program
Compensation Range: $30-$40 per hour comprising of GUARANTEED BASE WAGES, productivity incentives, tips, commissions, periodic cost of living adjustments, along with Weekly & Monthly Salon Performance BONUSES + Up to a $1,200 SIGN-ON BONUS
Must be a licensed barber or cosmetologist.
Previous Management/Leadership experience preferred but not mandatory
