$4,000 Hiring Bonus for FULL TIME positions and eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

This is a combined posting for an Associate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA 1), and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA 2). The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Consideration for each role will be based on qualifications. If you have the qualifications of any one of these three positions, we encourage you to apply.
Associate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA 1):
Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Completion of certification course for Nursing Assistants.
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of Experience in nursing home or hospital experience.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA 2):
Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or equivalent education/experience.
- CNA 2 coursework: Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience as a CNA 2.
Salary Range by Location:
Associate Certified Nursing Assistant, Oregon (Portland, OR) - Min: $17.22, Max: $26.82
Certified Nursing Assistant, Oregon (Portland, OR) - Min: $17.91, Max: $27.90
