We’re looking for an experienced IT Security Audit Specialist to support our SOC audit program and ensure compliance across major frameworks (SOC, PCI, SOX, ISO). This role requires hands-on audit management, documentation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Auditor to join our growing compliance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our technology infrastructure and processes meet various regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external auditors to maintain our robust compliance program.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support technical audits including SOC1, SOC2, PCI, SOX, and ISO27001 assessments
  • Maintain and document process compliance evidence for various technical compliance programs
  • Lead walkthrough meetings for technical compliance audits
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
  • Understand business goals, mission, and compliance requirements
  • Participate in discussions with workers and executives regarding security, compliance, and privacy practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness
  • Document and track audit findings and remediation efforts


Required Experience/Skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of common compliance and regulatory frameworks in the technology and software industry
  • Proven ability to organize and lead audit activities
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels
  • Experience working with customers, partners, auditors, and governing agencies
  • Understanding of information security concepts and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with technical compliance programs (SOC1, SOC2, PCI, SOX, ISO27001)


Nice-to-Haves

  • Big 4 audit experience
  • Relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP, CIA, etc.)
  • Experience in financial technology sector
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of GRC tools and frameworks


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Relevant professional certifications preferred
