Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Commercial Estimator at Superior Heating and Air Conditioning in Chandler, AZ. The Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for completing take off's, requesting quotes from vendors, preparing proposals, and liaising with clients and team members to ensure accurate project estimations and timely completion.


Qualifications

  • Estimation, Proposal Preparation, and Client Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Mechanical Systems and HVAC equipment
  • Experience in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator is a plus


Prefer an onsite Estimator, but would consider a remote estimator. Pay DOE.
