About the JobThis is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Avera, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care, care coordination, lab draws, nebulizer treatments, and other cares as needed for patients during their acute stay.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required.
- Competitive hourly rate: $44.25 per hour
- Varied shifts, including every third weekend and occasional call
