Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and Angular, adhering to OOP principles and software design patterns.
  • API Development: Build secure GraphQL APIs and integrate RabbitMQ for asynchronous messaging and event-driven systems.
  • Microservices Architecture: Implement microservices architecture for backend services, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Cloud Engineering: Lead the development, testing, and deployment of applications on AWS, leveraging EKS, RDS, and other AWS managed services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features and applications.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality through unit testing, code review, and continuous integration.
  • DevOps: Collaborate with DevOps teams to drive continuous delivery pipelines and automation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Develop and document software in compliance with IEC 62304 and other relevant industry standards.
  • Technology Adoption: Stay updated with emerging software technologies, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's or higher preferred)
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on full-stack development
  • Expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript (Angular)
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
  • Proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), GraphQL, and RabbitMQ
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with regulated environments, especially medical device software development
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Database - Specialty)
  • Knowledge of healthcare data integration and compliance (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus
