We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of Civil Litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex litigation cases and exceptional courtroom skills. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, the ability to manage multiple cases, and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Engage in discovery, including taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and provide expert legal advice.
  • Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
  • Prepare and present compelling arguments in court.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
  • Stay current on developments in personal injury and civil litigation law.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Civil Litigation experience.
  • Proven trial experience with a successful track record.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Position Location

This position is on-site at our Newport Beach office.


Salary Range: $200k-$300k
