Our Newest Opportunity:Summary:

The OneDigital Mid-Atlantic Region is seeking to add a results-driven Regional Marketing Director to our lineup. As a key stakeholder on the Mid-Atlantic leadership team, this individual will focus on deploying OneDigital’s brand, solutions, and assets within the region [DMV: DC, Maryland, VA; OH; PA, NJ, DE] to support the growth, expansion, and loyalty of OneDigital’s client base. The Regional Marketing Director is a growth champion who actively supports the Mid-Atlantic regional team to achieve revenue and retention goals.

As regional marketing director, you will develop innovative marketing strategies to differentiate OneDigital in the market, leveraging brand awareness, lead generation, thought leadership, events, and more. As the leader of a strong regional marketing team, the regional marketing director will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with marketing managers and specialists and sales and market leaders to ensure dynamic sales growth and industry-leading client retention in the region. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership: Serve as a key stakeholder on the regional leadership team, providing marketing insights to support the growth of the region; act as an important liaison for regional needs with the national marketing organization.
  2. Market Analysis: Understand diverse market dynamics (both geographic and business divisions) to assess opportunities for growth and differentiation in the market; understand competitor positioning and identify marketing strategies to address gaps/needs, monitor results for maximum impact on profitability, brand consistency, and overall market growth.
  3. Performance Metrics: Set and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  4. Marketing Plans and Budget Management: Develop, direct, and implement market-level marketing plans and associated budgets—including digital lead generation activities, email marketing campaigns, webinars, and PR. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  5. Data-Driven Strategies and Customer Insights: Use customer insights to drive marketing strategies and ensure messaging resonates with ideal customers across all business lines; team up with OneDigital’s national marketing technology manager to strengthen our quality, depth, and usability of data analytics to measure digital campaign effectiveness and inform marketing decisions.
  6. Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  7. Brand Awareness: Generate brand awareness in the market, including community partnerships, PR, event marketing, key market messaging, and execution.
  8. Content Development: Oversee content development, execution, and management for all marketing channels, including media (online and print), website and social, and branded collateral (including videos).
  9. Event Strategy: Develop industry event strategy and plan, and provide executive oversight for in-market event execution with the support of marketing managers and specialists.
  10. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external parties such as media and stakeholders.
  11. Collaboration: Foster and develop relationships with regional, local market, and practice leaders; collaborate with leaders to establish goals, monitor, analyze, and present results of marketing efforts.
  12. Team Management: Manage and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance to help team members grow.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
  1. Leadership: Servant-hearted leader who likes to be in the trenches with their team; proven track record in leadership and team management.
  2. Experience: 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with increasing responsibilities, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience working 1-1 with sales leadership and business development executives (sales) to develop new business strategy is a must.
  3. Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working cross-functionally, especially across marketing, sales, and client services.
  4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and problem solve.
  5. Project Management: Strong project management skills and experience serving as a project lead: plan, organize, and manage the execution of multiple complex projects.
  6. Technical Skills: Experience with design platforms like Canva and PowerPoint, and organizational tools like Microsoft Teams and Asana.
  7. Communication Skills: Strong business writing and communication skills, including comfort working with executive-level stakeholders.
  8. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing trends with the ability to translate concepts into compelling narratives for a wide range of audiences.
  9. Self-Motivation: Must be self-motivated and disciplined; demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  10. Digital Marketing Platforms: Experience using Hubspot, CRM, and other digital marketing and sales platforms.
  11. Collaboration: Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with others of all levels.
  12. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Travel: Ability to travel within the region as needed to different offices. Ability to travel to corporate, if requested. This is a hybrid role and will require in-office time depending on the location of the candidate.
Education, Training, and Experience:
  1. 10+ years of B2B and/or B2C marketing experience with increasing responsibilities.
  2. Proven management experience with multiple direct reports.
  3. Proven experience managing multi-discipline marketing program(s) that supports a variety of business or product lines.
  4. Experience developing and measuring marketing performance and KPIs.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
