Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a 2-month contract to assist HR professionals with their software-related needs. In this role, you will interact with clients over the phone, ask insightful questions to understand their specific HR requirements, and submit tickets via Salesforce to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with HR professionals via phone to understand and address their HR software needs.
- Ask targeted questions to gather detailed information about their issues or requirements.
- Create and submit tickets in Salesforce to the appropriate internal teams.
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service or client-facing experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer applications.
