Core Tactics:

• Develop and mentor the HR Generalist, HRBP, and HR BPO team members
• Execute on the company’s vision, within the HR department
• Resolve conflicts and align the team to operate effectively
• Provide training and development opportunities for employees
• Handle elevated HR matters that arise from the field
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage the special projects directed by the leadership team
• Gain a deep understanding of the risk tolerance of the company and execute accordingly
• Build and maintain an effective team culture
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
