Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for set up, maintenance, and optimization of the Warehousing/Weighmaster EWM Master Data for the Kankakee site.
  • Lead the collection and analysis of local business requirements for Kankakee Warehouse and Weighmaster operations in cooperation with various stakeholders to drive system improvements.
  • Define KPIs (e.g., measures such as throughput times, error rates) for monitoring performance of business processes and how they interact with the warehousing transactions of the ERP system. 
  • Utilize KPIs to identify areas of improvement and redefine target processes to achieve the efficiencies in cooperation with the department.
  • Lead end users through the process of defining user requirements for the software system and ensure they are properly translated and understood by project teams.
  • Identify solution design and creation of the necessary documentation (e.g., work instructions, SOPs, etc.) to ensure the representation and technical implementation of the user requirements and to provide appropriate instructions to the system programmers.
  • Ensure the creation and execution of test cases and test scripts are relevant to design and functional requirements to comply with CSL quality and governance standards and procedures.  Leverage these processes to increase end user engagement and system familiarity for upcoming changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or related discipline; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Ideal candidate will have five years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry with increasing logistics responsibilities or equivalency.
  • Strong understanding required of SAP (EWM/IM) and demonstrated skills with other network wide software solutions
  • Advanced level working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
