Role Overview:As Chief of Staff to the Head of Product, you’ll act as a strategic partner and operational right-hand to the Head of Product to drive growth across three areas: Product, sales, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Plan, execute, and track high-impact projects across product, sales, and strategy to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Executive Support:
- Partner with the Head of Product to prioritize his time, manage his agenda, and provide operational support.
- Manage relationships and attend meetings with executives from major games companies and industry figures on behalf of the Head of Product.
- Prepare and follow up on meetings, ensuring action items are addressed and priorities stay on track.
- Communication & Reporting: Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders, including product roadmaps, strategy updates, and bespoke sales materials.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct deep dives into market trends, the company’s competitive landscape, addressable customers, and potential growth opportunities to inform product and sales strategy and decision-making.
- Strategic Operations:
- Assist in defining and implementing company and product strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Identify and address inefficiencies, improving processes to scale operations effectively.
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-paced operational role in a startup or tech environment.
- Comfortable working autonomously and wearing many hats—scrappiness and resourcefulness are essential.
- Proven track record of project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to travel to meet stakeholders or attend industry events on occasion.
- Bonus: Experience working in gaming, product management, or a tech-forward environment.
