Position Overview:

Are you a seasoned security expert with a passion for designing and implementing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions? We are seeking a Senior Security Architect with extensive experience in cybersecurity architecture and Security Operations Center (SOC) management to join our team and lead the development of resilient, future-proof security infrastructures for our clients.

As a Senior Security Architect, you’ll work directly on high-impact projects, helping to safeguard critical systems, mitigate threats, and ensure that security operations are executed flawlessly. You will bring both hands-on technical expertise and strategic leadership to the table, empowering our team to stay ahead of emerging cyber threats.

This role requires fluency in both Korean and English, as you'll be collaborating with diverse, international teams to achieve world-class security outcomes.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Security Architecture Initiatives: Design and implement robust security infrastructures that align with the latest industry standards and address emerging cyber threats.
  • SOC Leadership: Manage and optimize a Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring the effectiveness of incident response and threat mitigation strategies.
  • Incident Response & Threat Mitigation: Develop and enforce strategies for identifying and neutralizing cyber threats, ensuring timely and effective incident management.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex security concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of evolving cybersecurity trends, continuously improving security postures and protocols.


Skills / Qualifications Requirements:

  • Proven Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong background in designing and implementing secure infrastructures, with a focus on architecture and advanced security protocols.
  • SOC Management Experience: Hands-on experience in managing a Security Operations Center (SOC) with a track record of successful threat detection, incident response, and mitigation.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both Korean and English, with the ability to engage effectively with teams and clients across multiple regions.
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to solve complex, high-stakes security challenges.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate emerging cyber threats and build proactive defense mechanisms.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, contributing to a positive and innovative security culture.
