Required Education: Juris Doctor

Preferred Education: graduate of a Top 25 law school, or a graduate in the top 10% of graduating class from an accredited law school; positions on law school’s premier law journal a plus

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of Nevada; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements

Required Experience: 2 years’ experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm or clerking

Preferred Experience: 3-5 years’ experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm

Supervisory Responsibilities: Indirect - actively utilizes support staff or junior associates to ensure client satisfaction


Physical Activity: The employee will be required to sit (or utilize a standing desk) for prolonged periods and work on a computer

Travel Required: Generally less than 10%, however, this will be case specific and may, at times, involve more travel.
