We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Wealth Management Banking Capabilities-Product Management to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As the Director of Wealth Management Banking Capabilities - Product Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product management process for Wealth Management’s digital banking capabilities across our client portal and other applications. This senior-level position will manage multiple senior product managers and play a critical role in developing and delivering a reliable, secure digital banking platform that meets both business objectives and the needs of our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital banking capabilities.
  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and client expectations.
  • Build a multi-year roadmap to develop a modern and efficient digital banking experience that both meets business objectives and delights customers
  • Identify market trends, conduct research and perform ongoing competitor analysis to inform the product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Manage relationships and collaborate with third party vendors or other partners that play a role in the banking ecosystem
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including consumer banking compliance and banking regulations
  • Collaborate with business leadership and cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, technology, and operations, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of innovative solutions to enhance the client banking experience.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, client feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of senior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Banking Capabilities Product Management Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize the client banking experience ensuring a seamless integrated cross product view of the client’s relationship
  • Implement digital solutions for client’s every day banking activities, including opportunities for self-service and increased automation, reducing manual processes and enhancing compliance.
  • Develop or leverage vended solutions to deliver banking functionality, relying on industry knowledge and competitive intelligence.
  • Integrate risk assessment tools to identify and mitigate potential fraud and compliance risks.
  • Work closely with client service teams to ensure a banking experience tailored to the needs of ultra-high net worth clients.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to build a scalable platform that is able to support the ever evolving digital banking landscape.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically in banking, including retail deposits, treasury management, commercial and retail lending within a financial institution, preferably a wealth management firm.
- Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing product teams.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory and consumer banking compliance, wholesale banking

  • -Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    - Experience with client portal development and integration of banking as a capability within a broader relationship of Wealth Management products and services
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
