What you'll be doing...

As a Systems Administrator, you will provide support by responding to issues involving the installation, maintenance and support of Windows servers, server applications, printers, hardware, LAN/WAN, and other computer peripherals and company devices.


  • Provide outstanding customer service while responding to user calls, emails and helpdesk tickets
  • Resolve technical issues with equipment including desktops, servers, printers and OS
  • Configure and install desktops, laptops, servers and printers
  • Windows systems administration including GPO configurations, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and file server experience
  • Assist with network hardware (physical & virtual using VMWare), software and operating systems
  • Linux, M365, SCCM and Oracle database administration experience
  • Maintain documentation for implementations, maintenance, upgrades and inventory
  • Maintain a high level of security, including up-to-date security software releases including TLS/SSL certificate management
  • Ensure backups performed, monitored and maintained for all servers and company devices with experience in VEEAM and Netbackup
  • Demonstrated experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Represent NWA in a professional manner and provide outstanding customer support


This position is scheduled to work 100% on-site in our Seattle office.


Who you are...

  • Educated. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MCSE certification preferred
  • Experienced. 5-7 years of experience as a systems administrator or similar position
  • Knowledgeable. Troubleshooting (hardware/software/networks), Windows desktop/server administration, O365, VMWare & Active Directory
  • Team Player. Work independently and as a productive and contributing member of a team
  • Meticulous. Strong attention to detail with ability to quickly assess and analyze problems
  • Service Minded. You deliver customer support like you expect to receive it: with excellence
