Quick Details:
Title: Bookkeeper
Schedule: 6:00-2:30. Hours expected to change to 8:00-4:30 at some point.
Location: 100% in office M-F, Gallatin, TN
Projected Start Date: Monday, Dec. 2, 6:00am
Type: Temporary to Hire
Industry: Government
Attire: Casual
Team Environment: Laidback, blue-collar feel, small team 9-10 people.


Overview of Tasks and Responsibilities:



  • AP / AR
  • Property Taxes
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Perform Month-end close
  • Experience with Grant Accounting (Government)
  • Payroll for 10 employees
  • ACH payment conversion (currently in process)
  • Fixed Asset Management
  • Manage budgeting/funds for new and ongoing projects

Software:



  • QuickBooks (must have)

Qualifications:



  • Jump In - Learn processes and industry quickly and has a solid accounting/bookkeeping foundation
  • Government Experience Required
