This may require some travel to Montgomery, AL.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SLcM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in SAP SLcM functional solutions architecture and at least Two end-to-end implementation. This role requires extensive knowledge of Student Lifecycle Management processes and strong skills in system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end SAP SLcM Trainings for end users
• Design training plan, UAT plan for SAP SLcM and execute trainings.
• Design and architect SAP SLcM functional solutions to meet business requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP SLcM modules, ensuring seamless integration with FICA and other SAP modules.
• Conduct thorough testing and provide post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system design, configuration, and processes.
• Perform gap analysis and develop strategic roadmaps/blueprints for SAP SLcM implementations.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design future state solutions, and develop relevant objects within the process scope.
• Provide client-facing consulting engagements, demonstrating excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure successful teamwork and demonstrate leadership abilities within project teams.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP SLcM functional solutions architecture.
• Proven experience with at least one end-to-end SAP SLcM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of complete Student Lifecycle Management processes, including Student Master Data, Academic Structure, Student Grading, Graduation, and other business lifecycle processes.
• Experience in cross-module integration with FICA is preferred.
• Proficient in all aspects of system implementation, including gathering requirements, designing future state solutions, developing objects, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in SLcM or related modules.
• Experience with other SAP modules and their integration points.
• Strong soft skills, including verbal and written communication.
