Due to growth, Tenax, a leading manufacturer of high-end plastics, is searching for Production Master Technicians to join their team in the Evergreen, AL area.
Job requirements:

  • Warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or landscaping experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted consistently, stand for the duration of your shift, and complete physical labor in extreme Alabama temperatures
  • Leadership experience is a big plus Tenax is actively looking to grow the production leadership team
  • Average tenure of at least 1 year per job

As a member of the Tenax team, you will enjoy:
  • Excellent Compensation - Earn up to $18/hour, plus overtime and shift differential
  • Quarterly Pay Increases - Potential for up to 4 pay raises a year
  • Full Benefits Package - Extremely low-cost coverage Pay only $35/individual and $70/family per paycheck for Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, and HSA will begin after first 60 days of employment, plus a 401k with 4% match after 1 year

  • Schedule - Enjoy every other weekend off, rotating between days and nights every 4 weeks. Dayshift hours 6am - 6pm and night shift 6pm to 6am.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process rolls of plastic fences
  • Cut, tape, measure, and label products
  • Palletize and box products
  • Oversee machinery
  • Lift rolls and weights
  • Troubleshoot basic machine problems
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to stand and work on machines for 12 hours shift
  • Able to work in a hot environment throughout summer

About the Company: Established in Ohio in 1984 as a distribution center under the name of ATP (American Tenax Products), Tenax relocated to Jessup, Maryland in 1987 to open its first U.S. manufacturing facility. In 1993, the company expanded its operation and moved to our current location in East Baltimore. In 2001, Tenax acquired an additional production plant in Evergreen, Alabama. Currently Tenax Corporation serves the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Central and South America with specialty products for netting and fencing, pipe protection, construction, agricultural, gardening and DIY applications.
