Patent Associate or Patent Agent - Life Sciences
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a patent attorney or patent agent for its life sciences practice in Boston, Washington, DC, Houston, or Louisville offices. The salary for this position is between $140k to $255k.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in preparation and prosecution of life sciences patent applications.
- Advanced degree in chemistry, molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, chemical engineering or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- For patent attorneys, state bar admission in jurisdiction of practice, or ability to become admitted.
- USPTO admission required.
