Trustpoint.One | Paralegal

Trustpoint.one is supporting a leading AmLaw for in their search for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal for a Direct Hire position. This opportunity is hybrid in nature in the Firm’s Boston, Massachusetts office. The Commercial Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with a variety of duties that include, but are not limited to the following:

• Preparation of pleadings, assistance with motions
• Organization of documents for depositions, hearings and trials
• Preparation of trial binders and exhibits
• Database management
• Cite-checking, Shepardizing and Blue-booking documents
• Perform eFilings with both State and Federal courts
• Other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a paralegal handling defense-side commercial litigation matters, ideally from a large law firm
• College degree strongly preferred; additional Paralegal Certificate is a plus
• A demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience with platforms such as Relativity, Lexis, Westlaw and data rooms is a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly excellent technical writing skills, are essential
• Must be proactive and able to work independently, as well as with a team and with clients
• All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time

This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to work on a remote basis while supporting industry leaders on very high-profile matters. Must be willing to work 3 days per week in the office.
