What the Accounting Clerk Will Do
As an Accounting Clerk, you will manage critical accounting functions to support the company's financial health, including:
- Claims Processing (40%): Handling high-volume claim payments daily.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) (40%): Managing cash receipts, applications, and other AR functions.
- Accounts Payable (AP) (20%): Processing around 20 invoices weekly, printing checks, and managing ACH payments.
- General Ledger: Supporting GL activities for accurate financial records.
What the Company Needs in an Accounting Clerk
The ideal Accounting Clerk brings:
- 3+ years of recent experience in accounting functions.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent AR cash application skills.
- Intercompany accounting experience (a plus).
