Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Transaction Monitoring Analyst to join our compliance team in New York City. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of financial regulations, transaction monitoring processes, and anti-money laundering (AML) practices. The position is full-time, requiring onsite work five days a week. Candidates must be available to start immediately.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing EDD/TM on domestic and international customers such as MSBs, Correspondent Banks, and real estate developers in South/North American and Middle Eastern Countries and examined financial statements to assist in transactional patterns.
  • Maintain internal watch lists (OFAC’s SDN List) and coordinated the results.
  • Regularly investigated system alerts in wholesale, trade finance, and real estate markets.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in transaction monitoring, AML investigations, or a related field is required.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial regulations, AML/CTF practices, and familiarity with transaction monitoring systems.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Availability: Must be available to start immediately and commit to a full-time, onsite role
