Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Drafter at CT Windows, LLC. The Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for unitized curtainwall and architectural window projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the design team, producing accurate technical drawings, and ensuring alignment with project specifications.


Qualifications

  • Experience with Unitized and Stick Curtainwall, storefront and door systems 
  • 5+ years experience in architectural drafting or related field
  • Associate's degree in Drafting or relevant certification
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook)
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints and produce architectural shop drawings: floor plans, elevations, wall sections, and details
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel to the office 1-2x per week
