Required Skills 5+ years

  • .NET Framework. - We primarily are a .Net shop but we also have a few mobile apps and might have more in the future. 
  • C# or VB.NET, preferably both. - This is a 50% split, some applications are in C# some are VB.Net and some are both so we are looking for someone that can do both.   
  • ASP.NET MVC. - We have some intense web system for our client Portal.  Looking for someone that has good web. 
  • Client side web including Javascript, JQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Winforms experience is a must - As stated, this is a must.  Web data has to flow back to Winforms so looking for someone that can operate in both Web and WinForms. 
  • 3rd party components such as DevExpress, Infragistics, or Telerik.
  • Peer mentor and code review.

 

Preferred skills 7+ years on the list above, and…

  • Not required but someone that has some GDI experience would be GREAT.
  • SQL – including data modeling, stored procedures, functions, and views.
  • Install and deployment including:
    • Windows applications.
    • Windows services.
    • Web applications to IIS.
  • SQL database updates via .SQL scripts.

Maintain and troubleshoot IIS:

  • Update and configure SSL certificates.
  • Change handlers.
  • Configure app pools.
  • Deal with multiple application spaces under one domain.

 

SQL Maintenance and performance optimizations.
