Position Overview:

  • Employed outpatient only Endocrinology position joining (3) Endocrinology physicians and (2) Endo NP providers in a well-established practice with a (9) physician and (5) APP multispecialty group in practice over 40 years in a desirable family-oriented community with 235K population 45 minutes to the bay area and 30 minutes to downtown Napa. Limited and light phone call only.
  • Clinic/Hospital Type: Outpatient established practice
  • Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Comprehensive Endocrine Care: Provide specialized care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalances, and more.

  2. Innovative Treatment: Utilize the latest advancements in endocrinology, including personalized medicine, genetic testing, and telemedicine, to offer cutting-edge treatment options.

  3. Research and Collaboration: Collaborate with research teams to contribute to clinical trials and stay at the forefront of endocrine research. Share your knowledge and findings with peers.

  4. Patient Education: Empower patients by educating them about their conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to improve their overall health.

  5. Multidisciplinary Approach: Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including dietitians, nurses, and pharmacists, to deliver holistic patient care.

  6. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

  7. Continuing Medical Education (CME): Stay current with the latest developments in endocrinology through regular participation in CME activities.

  8. Community Engagement: Engage with the local community through health education seminars, workshops, and outreach programs to promote awareness of endocrine health.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Endocrinology.
  • Eligibility for state medical licensure in California
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
