Billing Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Billing Assistant to join our client's team. This role will play a vital part in supporting our billing and production operations, ensuring accuracy in job costing, invoicing, and production record maintenance.

We seek an organized professional who can handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment, with the goal of evolving into a Billing Manager role based on skill and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in accurately costing jobs and verifying job pricing.
• Organize and maintain copies of invoices for both internal and client reference.
• Keep the filing system up to date for efficient document retrieval.
• Manage the daily shipping log to ensure accurate shipment records.
• Prepare and send product samples to clients with timely delivery.
• Enter daily production logs into the tracking system to monitor job progress.
• Organize and store job-related documents systematically.

REQUIRED Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Prior experience in billing or administrative roles.
• Commute to office up to 5x per week, then hybrid schedule.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the printing industry or relevant systems is advantageous but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
