PrimeTalent is excited to partner with a leading company that values creating a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for their new hires. Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Assistant to join their team. This role is critical to ensuring that new employees have a smooth transition into the company.


Job Overview: The HR Onboarding Administrator will be responsible for guiding new hires through every step of the onboarding process. This includes helping candidates complete required forms, directing them to necessary pre-employment procedures such as drug tests, and ensuring that no obstacles hinder their progress. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for supporting new employees as they begin their journey with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist new hires in completing all necessary onboarding paperwork and documentation.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions for scheduling and completing drug tests, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Monitor the progress of new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of each step.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and support.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to promptly resolve any issues that may arise during onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with the HR team to continuously improve the onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a commitment to delivering a positive onboarding experience.
