We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Manufacturing Engineer to join our electronics manufacturing team. This role will involve the design, development, and improvement of electronic manufacturing processes and product. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing processes specific to the electronics industry, including assembly, testing, and quality control. The Associate Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with design engineers, production teams, and quality assurance to ensure that electronic products are produced efficiently, meet customer specifications, and adhere to all safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Works with engineering to insure quality of Assembly of Manufacturing Facilitate process improvement that requires designing of tool(s) and fixture(s) Create and update assembly procedures Maintain process equipment that includes solder past screening, pick and place, convention re-flow, wave solder, and various mechanical assembly operations Perform routine maintenance on production machinery as well as perform more extensive repairs Investigate and evaluate new process technology and material for manufacturing Provide technical hands on leadership to ongoing production activities that include SMT and through-hole products Makes recommendations to General Manager #ConRes Qualifications: Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience Experience: 3-5 years of Manufacturing/Production Engineering experience Skills: Proficient in process control, able to perform accurate time studies of product in process, able to set up efficient methods or producing product Able to implement cost savings using more efficient production methods Ability to interact with all other departments within the company Must be able to identify areas in manufacturing where quality and efficiency can be improved PDN-a0558d7e-b5ee-4993-bfa4-70d5f94b277d
