· Performs tasks like turning, boring, facing, and threading on various parts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Reads process sheets, blueprints, and sketches to determine machining requirements.

· Sets up and operates machines, mounts workpieces, and selects tooling.

· Starts machine operations, observes control panel displays, and verifies adjustments.

· Conducts inspections, organizes materials for efficiency, and maintains cleanliness.

· Completes paperwork accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Two to three years of related experience.

· Proficiency in machine setup and program editing.

· Ability to interpret blueprints and use measurement tools.

· Mathematical Skills:

· Proficiency in basic arithmetic and measurement computations.

Class B Summary:

· Operates CNC lathe/machining center for machining tasks.

· Involves setup, operation, inspection, and maintenance.

· Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Reads and understands blueprints and process sheets.

· Sets up machines, starts operations, and verifies adjustments.

· Conducts inspections, organizes materials, and maintains cleanliness.

· Completes paperwork accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· One year of related experience.

· Basic mathematical skills.

· Ability to follow instructions and manage routine tasks.
