Quality Manager - Automotive Manufacturing
Are you passionate about driving quality in the automotive industry? A premier Oklahoma City-based company is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to spearhead their commitment to excellence. This pivotal role involves implementing robust systems for warranty analysis, facilitating root cause and failure analyses, as well as managing external quality results.
As an integral part of our technical operations team, your expertise will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards within the ever-evolving landscape of automotive manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive warranty analysis system.
- Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for product failures.
- Perform detailed failure analysis with precision and diligence.
- Oversee PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), ensuring all products meet stringent requirements before launch.
Skills Required:
Warranty Analysis: Establishing procedures that scrutinize warranties effectively allows us to minimize future errors while maximizing customer satisfaction
Root Cause Analysis: Determining underlying causes helps prevent recurrence by addressing issues at their source
Failure Analysis: Analyzing faults methodically ensures continuous improvement through learned insights
External Quality Results Management: Maintaining exceptional external quality benchmarks fortifies our brand's reputation
PPAP: Expertise in Production Part Approval Processes guarantees we uphold industry best practices prior to product release
Candidates must possess T1 or T2 experience specific to the automotive sector-knowledge vital for navigating this dynamic environment successfully.
