Description

As the Manufacturing Team Lead, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead one direct report in manufacturing engineering.
  • Focus directly in process improvement, design implementation, and project management.
  • Interaction with customers and managing relationships with vendors.
  • Implement and maintain quality control standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
  • Monitor production timelines to ensure targets are met.

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Team Lead should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Engineering & Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of welding and machining.
  • Experience working with automated machinery.
  • SolidWorks and CAD Software proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and industry regulations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
