Our growing design firm is seeking an enthusiastic Ordering & Procurement Assistant to contribute to

our exciting projects.. This is a part time or full time position in office located in Scottsdale, AZ.

What You’ll Do:

This is an on-site role as an Interior Design Order & Procurement Assistant at Solstizio Studios & Design, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves supporting the interior design team with order processing and procurement tasks including but not limited to vendor designer relationships, ordering and tracking furnishings and goods, and working closely with our warehouses and white glove installation team.

• Client and Contractor Interaction: Weekly delivery updates between our contractors and designers.

Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors and contractors to obtain and coordinate deliveries for materials, furniture and furnishings.

• Maintain records for all orders and deliveries.
• Ordering and tracking items from our FF&E excel sheet to ensure delivery to the warehouse or property.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
• Weekly tracking and ordering updates for each project.
• Ability to work on multiple project at any given time.
• Organization of timelines and delivery dates.
• Work closely with our white glove and delivery operations team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management or willingness to learn
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
