Exciting Opportunity: Senior Treasury Analyst

We are seeking a talented Senior Treasury Analyst for a well-established and forward-thinking company. This role is perfect for an ambitious professional who wants to influence financial strategy and lead transformative initiatives within a dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Cash Management: Take ownership of cash reconciliations currently handled by the accounting team. Manage cash flows by matching transactions and clearing the D365 cash module to streamline operations.
- Banking Relationship Management: Lead and strengthen relationships with a new banking partner. Utilize the bank's services to improve financial processes and ensure seamless financial operations.
- Foreign Exchange Oversight: Manage foreign currency transactions to optimize currency strategy and mitigate risk.
- Process Enhancement: Identify and implement improvements in processes that are currently manual, especially those involving credit card processor interfaces. This role will also spearhead initiatives to leverage upcoming system enhancements.
- Develop Financial Strategies: Create hedging programs and establish investment policies to guide decision-making and manage financial risk.
- Team Development: Play an integral part in growing the Treasury team, laying the groundwork for future expansion as the company continues its upward trajectory.
Qualifications to Shine in This Role:
- Education and Certifications: CTP Required. Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: 5+ years in treasury or financial analysis, ideally within corporate or banking settings.
