Job Description:-

We are seeking a skilled Integration Architect/Engineer to lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between UKG and Oracle HCM.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integration architecture, middleware technologies, and API management, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Overall Integration Architecture: Develop and maintain the high-level architecture for integrating UKG with Oracle HCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in integration architecture and engineering, particularly with UKG and Oracle HCM.

Strong expertise in Dell Boomi or similar middleware platforms.

Familiarity with API design and management, data mapping, and transformation techniques.

Familiarity with Scheduling tools like Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
