    • 7a-7p / 7p-7a_CALL
  • Schedule: No Rotation
  • Call Schedule: OB covered by OB Perm / ENDO Saturday Available
  • Call Response Time: 20 mins
  • Supervision: Medical Supervised Model
  • Type of Cases Required:
    • PEDs, General, Ortho, URO, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry
    • CARDIAC, ENDO, and VAS
    • GYN and Pain Mgmt
  • Proficient Procedures: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals
  • Caselogs Required: Yes - Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
  • Number of Providers During the Day: 13
  • Number of OR's: 9
  • EMR System: EPIC
  • Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background/malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license)
Additional Information
  • Licensure Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • Additional Facts Regarding Site: AHA ACLS and PALS required.
