Our innovative team designs the lowest power, highest density solutions to reduce cost of test while pushing performance forward.As a Senior Staff Analog Design Engineer, you will be a technical leader and architect, shaping the direction of Elevate Semiconductor’s analog design strategy. You will influence product roadmaps, solve the most challenging technical problems, and elevate the overall design capability of the organization.This role is based in San Diego, CA and requires the individual to be onsite five days per week.ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead analog architecture for complex ATE ICs and platformsServe as the technical authority for analog design across multiple projectsDrive innovation in circuit techniques to achieve industry leading performance and densityOversee and review schematic design, layout, verification, and silicon resultsLead mixed signal simulation and system level analysis effortsMentor and develop engineers at all levels, setting best practices and design standardsCollaborate with executive leadership, product management, and customers on technical directionSupport silicon bring up, characterization, and high risk debug effortsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; Master’s degree preferred12+ years of professional experience in analog IC designRecognized expertise in analog CMOS design and complex system level problem solvingExtensive experience with feedback systems, stability analysis, and advanced compensation methodsStrong track record of delivering high volume production siliconExpert level proficiency with analog and mixed signal EDA toolsAbility to lead through influence and communicate complex technical concepts clearlyBenefits100% Employer Paid Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)Unlimited Paid Time OffPerformance BonusesFree Lunch Catered in by Local RestaurantsPrivate Equity OptionsRetirement PlansSabbatical ProgramTuition ReimbursementVolunteer DaysRelocation AssistanceConference Attendance SupportBiweekly Phone StipendEmployee Assistance ProgramThe salary range for this role is $170,000.00-$200,000.00.
