Description

We are seeking a Lead Power Electronics Engineer to design and size low voltage AC and DC drives while developing packaging system designs for the factory. You will be a key technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of power electronics systems and solutions. Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems

  • Determine design approaches and parameters
  • Analyze equipment to establish operating data and conduct experimental tests/evaluate results
  • Develop extensive knowledge of a technical discipline
  • Utilize prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy
  • Utilize understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work
  • Propose different solutions outside of set parameters
  • Work with a team of engineers to create innovative and efficient power electronics products, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Lead Power Electronics Engineer Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 years of experience in Engineering
  • Strong background in power electronics, simulation tools, thermal management, and compliance standards
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
