Lead Dentist Role - Managing Clinical Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a patient-centric team, respecting your clinical judgment and leadership
  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnose dental conditions, and provide treatment planning options
  • Offer high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
  • Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices

Qualifications:
  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
  • Strong leadership and clinical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
