Senior Financial Analyst – Consolidations & Corporate FP&A page is loaded## Senior Financial Analyst – Consolidations & Corporate FP&Aremote type: Onsitelocations: Stamford, Connecticuttime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR100815The **Senior Analyst – Consolidations & FP&A** is responsible for ensuring accurate monthly consolidated financial reporting, driving forecasting and planning processes for the corporate financial statements, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.**Responsibilities and Duties:*** Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.* Perform intercompany eliminations and ensure compliance with GAAP.* Complete account reconciliations and variance analysis.* Assist with Corporate Statutory Reporting and Tax Binder* Lead preparation of monthly forecasts and annual plans, including corporate balance sheet and cash flow projections.* Manage planning templates and coordinate inputs from business units.* Support scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.* Deliver timely reporting packages monthly.* Analyze performance against plan and forecast; communicate key drivers to leadership.**Required Qualifications:*** BS/BA/BBA (Accounting) with CPA preferred.* 3-5 years of experience, preferably from Public Accounting* Self-motivated individual with a high attention to detail, results-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.* Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.* Proven ability to establish and build relationships across an organization.* Excellent oral and written communications skills.* Ability to work effectively with associates at varying levels across the Company.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) tool a plus.* Corporate accounting experience with multi-national manufacturing operations preferred.Crane prioritizes career development for our associates.
